Program Description

Spend 8 days in Switzerland visiting the cities of Zurich, Basel, and Geneva. Students will be exposed to the customs, cultures and economy of Switzerland through lectures, company visits, and local tours. Meetings will be held each evening to reflect on each day's events. The balance of the class will be taught weekly through a traditional class during the spring term.

MGT3930 International Business Management: This course focuses on the principles of international business and the characteristics, which distinguish it from domestic business. Presents a broad overview of the organizations and institutions that comprise the global economy. Topics include international trade theory and practice; international law and multilateral institutions; foreign direct investment; regional integration and trade blocks; the global monetary system and its institutions; culture and politics. required for Business majors.
