NSG 3470 CE: Health Policy (for Nursing students)

Application, Payments and Deadlines:

Please submit your completed application online and make a $200 deposit made out to Curry College and deliver to Sandra Connelly, Continuing Education and Graduate Studies, King Academic Administration Building. Online payments can be made at https://curry.afford.com. (See attached document for Afford instructions)

The application and deposit deadline is December 5, 2019. Space on this trip is limited to 28 students.
Applications received after December 5, 2019 are pending availability, and not guaranteed.

Total fees to participate in the course are as follows:
• Curry Continuing Summer Nursing Tuition of 3 credits; FULL PAYMENT FOR TUITION MUST BE PAID WHEN REGISTERED FOR COURSE ON MAY 1st, 2020 PLEASE SPEAK TO CONTINUING EDUCATION REGARDING TUITION COST.
• Program travel fee of $2,900 (included in the cost of the program is round trip airfare from Logan International Airport, lodging, in-country transportation, health/evacuation insurance, and meals as specified.
• Students are responsible for any course materials, students should budget for any additional spending money for the duration of the trip.

Payment schedule: Application and $200 course travel fee deposit due no later than December 1, 2019
Payment of $1,350 (NONREFUNDABLE) due no later than February 1, 2020
Final payment of $1,350 (NONREFUNDABLE) due no later than April 1, 2020
Tuition payment due at point of course registration and no later than May 1, 2020. Should a student submit their deposit but ultimately not be accepted to the program, their deposit will be refunded.
